Landed with port aileron out, rafts shredded, one control cable hit and other superficial damage with 3 casualties, all light wounds; Sgt. McNutt sent to infirmary for 3 days. Two Fw-190s claimed by 2nd Lt. Baty & Sgt. Moore (2nd Lt. Baty's claim is later officially confirmed).

Return with minor damage to the port wing and fuselage and no casualties. One Me-110 claimed by Sgt. McDonough.

Returned with bomb sight out, bomb bay doors inoperable, 1 wing root hit (starboard), 1 oxygen hit (radio room). Otherwise superficial hits all over aircraft; 5 casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 apiece by 2nd Lt. Swanson & Sgt. McDonough; 1 Fw-190 by 2nd Lt. Baty.  2nd Lt. Swanson's claim is officially confirmed.
