Replacement aircraft for Tule Lake Samurai. TSgt. Kashiwagi joins crew. Returned with damage to the co-pilotís oxygen system, the #4 engine, to the port wing root and rudder, superficial damage to the nose, bomb bay, radio, and waist compartments, and 1 casualty.  Claims: 1 Me-109 by 2nd Lt. Hiromeni.

Returned without damage or casualties.

Returned with minor damage to the fuselage, nose compartment, to the port wing root and aileron, and no casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 apiece by 2nd Lt. Takai, SSgt. Takemoto & Sgt. Ono.

Retuned with the autopilot mechanism inoperable and minor damage to the port wing, nose, pilot, bomb bay, radio room, waist compartments and 2 casualties. Replacement: 2nd Lt. Honda.

Returned with starboard cheek gun & radio inoperable, damage to both wing roots, minor damage to the nose compartment oxygen system, superficial damage to the fuselage, port wing, bomb bay, nose and pilotsí compartments, and 2 casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 by Sgt. Yoshimura.

Hiromeni and TSgt. Kashiwagi and 1 ME-109 by Sgt. Yoshimura. Replacements: SSgt. Kitano.

Aircraft ditched from fuel exhaustion before reaching base and sank in the Adriatic Sea.  10 crewmembers rescued, with 2 wounded.  Claims: 1 Me-109 by Sgt. Hayashi.
