New crew replacements from the USA.  Returned with flak damage to the waist and radio compartments, and 2 casualties.  Claims: 1 Fw-190 by Sgt. Wicker. Replacement: Sgt. Edler.

Returned with the chin turret and starboard wing flap inoperable, and 2 casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 by SSgt. Hoag. Replacements: 2nd Lt Laymon and Sgt. Eckley.

Returned with the #2 engine, radio, the starboard elevator, the starboard waist gun, the ball and tail turrets inoperable, the Norden bomb sight damaged, several superficial fuselage hits, and 5 casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 apiece by 2nd Lt. Thomas (Lt. Thomas' claims was later confirmed by S-2) and SSgt. Hoag. Replacements: 1st Lt. Dolph & 2nd Lt. Reinsch.  Temporary replacements: 2nd Lt. Shipley and Sgt. Newhouse.
