Returned with ball turret Guns inoperable, 2 P. wing root hits, 1 S. wing root hit, 1 tail plane hit, 2 rudder hits, numerous superficial hits to the nose, radio room, waist, tail. 4 Casualties. Claims: 1 Fw-190 & 1 Me-109 by SSgt. Foster, 1 Fw-190 by Sgt. Peterson. Replacements: Sgts. McGann, Zimmer & Malone. Temporary replacement: Sgt. Wagner. |
