PILOT HISTORY:
Started career during Operation Barbarossa, the German invasion of the Soviet Union with the I-16.
Transitioned to the Yak-1 for mission 2.
Promoted to Kapitan and assigned as flight school instructor during early 1942 to spring 1943.
Transitioned to the La-5FN for mission 3 and reassigned to combat duty.
Achieved 5th kill but was soon shot down and killed by the German's wingman.
